How USD rewards, pending confirmations, partner decisions, and reward redemptions work on Rewardexa.
1. Earning USD Rewards
Users may earn USD rewards by completing eligible tasks, surveys, offers, referrals, or approved activities shown on Rewardexa.
2. Confirmation
Some tasks credit quickly while others require third-party confirmation. Pending time depends on offer type, partner review, fraud checks, and tracking status.
3. Reversals
A task may be rejected or reversed if the partner does not confirm it, the user is not eligible, the task was not completed correctly, duplicate activity is detected, or fraud risk appears.
4. Redemptions
Rewards may require manual review. Rewardexa may delay, hold, or deny redemptions when suspicious activity, incomplete verification, partner rejection, or policy violations exist.
